1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed and verified within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and major holidays). Once dispatched, an automated confirmation email containing your USPS or DHL tracking link is sent immediately.

2. Standard Delivery Windows

  • United States (Domestic): 3 to 6 business days via USPS Ground Advantage / Priority Mail.
  • Express Air Delivery: 2 to 3 business days.
  • International Shipping: 7 to 14 business days depending on destination customs clearance.

3. Free Shipping Thresholds

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $60. For orders under $60, a flat standard rate of $4.99 applies at checkout.
