At RenuIQ, we stand behind the quality of our curated skincare solutions. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery provided the items meet our safety and condition guidelines outlined below.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@renuiq.com so we can evaluate the issue and issue a replacement or refund right away.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please reach out to our team at info@renuiq.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping labels and instructions will be provided upon approval.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or Used Personal Care Products: Due to hygiene, health, and safety standards, beauty and personal care items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a return.
- Gift Cards & Clearance: Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a product is to complete a return for the eligible item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the replacement product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must remain unopened and in their original packaging with proof of purchase.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or financial institution may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
